Enhanced supporter information from Blackbaud and Atos Origin partnership

Blackbaud Europe and information technology services provider Atos Origin have formed a partnership to provide a Supporter Relationship Management (SRM) solution for large UK-based charities.

The new service is designed to provide “a 360° view of supporters to enable charities to maximise their marketing and fundraising projects”.

“The supporter experience is key and their value essential to large charities,” said Martin Jervis, Managing Director of Blackbaud Europe. “Our joint co-operation will give clients the information and processes they need to support and improve their fundraising and communication strategies.”

Giles Hutchins, Head of CRM Atos Origin, added: “The SRM solution from this partnership helps charities to address these issues by providing the information needed to increase the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns; capitalise on existing relationships and realise the full value of Gift Aid.

Blackbaud Europe will continue to market to a cross-section of clients while collaborating closely with Atos Origin on projects involving their large, common clients.

“We are conscious of our obligation to support our clients with mission critical solutions and need to ensure we also fulfill the wider needs of the sector,” commented Jervis. “We are delighted that this agreement meets the specific requirements for some clients at the top end of the Sector, but this in no way diminishes our commitment to our small and medium-sized clients. Blackbaud will continue to provide complete solutions for not-for-profit organisations at every sector level.”
