Morgan Stanley chooses British Heart Foundation as charity of the year

The British Heart Foundation (BHF),has announced that the UK division of Morgan Stanley has chosen the BHF as its Charity of the Year partner until May 2007.
Morgan Stanley hopes to raise at least £300,000 for the BHF through a variety of employee fundraising initiatives. Activities will include the JP Morgan Chase 5km Run, the Enduro-Challenge Triathlon, firm-wide quiz nights, Christmas fairs, a Get Fit event, and support of the BHF’s Real Valentine Appeal and Help a Heart Week campaign.
The financial services firm will match every pound raised by its staff throughout the partnership, which is being managed by a UK Employee Charity Committee, comprised of 40 Morgan Stanley representatives.
