Alliance magazine features donors and learning

The newly redesigned June issue of Alliance magazine has just been published and includes a special feature on donors and learning.
In this month’s Alliance magazine Jenny Hyatt and Allan Kaplan set out “a paradigm for the learning organisation” and argue that donors’ practice has generally fallen short of it. Their article is one of two available to read online at no charge.

The issue also includes articles by Celia Moore on IBM’s model for corporate philanthropy, by David Bonbright on one of the ways in which donors are not learning from their beneficiaries, and by Jo Andrews on the nature and purpose of the newly established Sigrid Rausing Trust Strategic Funds.
Institutional subscriptions to Alliance cost from £40 to £80 depending on which country the organisation is based in.
