Kevin Kibble becomes MD of Fundraising Initiatives

Kevin Kibble has been appointed as the Managing Director of Fundraising Initiatives Ltd, the specialist door-to-door fundraising agency working with charities and non-profit organisations in the UK. He joined the company just three months ago as Media & Creative Director.

Kevin was formerly owner and publisher of the Professional Fundraising magazine, so brings considerable sector knowledge as well as commercial experience to lead the £22 million company and its 80 staff. Current MD, Phil Lowther, has moved up to Group Managing Director with a wider remit to develop the Group’s UK and overseas business interests.

Kevin, who also writes a blog for UK Fundraising, will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new products and services as well as the consolidation and strengthening of existing offerings to the benefit of clients. He will also be recruiting several new senior positions to strengthen both client services and business development.

It is part of the Fundraising Initiatives Group which, in addition to its door-to-door fundraising services, also offers fundraising consultancy, telephone fundraising, payroll giving and digital online communications, including its proprietary product Vismail„¢.
