CS Group acquires Care Business Solutions

Computer Software Group (CS Group) has acquired Care Business Solution Ltd (Care), the membership, charity and CRM solutions provider.
The acquisition will help CS Group to strengthen its focus on the charities sector and expand into the higher education market.
It also broadens CS Grouo’s client base to over 250 membership and fundraising organisations. Care’s customers include Cancer Research UK, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Save the Children UK, RSPCA, RSPB, London Business School and the Universities of Aston, Bristol, and Exeter.

CS Group’s customers will now have access to a wider range of solutions including membership, fundraising, financials, image scanning, e-learning, training compliance and event management.
CS Group has also opened an office in Godalming, its 12th office around the UK.
