Changes to AMA Charity Services Division team

Northern Ireland-based contact centre, Anderson Manning Associates, (AMA) have overhauled their Charity Services Division following the recent departure of Fintan Bradley.

Stephen Rooney has been appointed as Marketing Manager, and will be heavily involved in the development and implementation of the AMA Marketing strategy. He joins Damian Hanna, the Charity Sales Manager, and UK-based Sales Manager Sue Marler.

Katherine McAloon has recently been promoted to Marketing Co-ordinator, and her focus is to develop business with new and existing charity and not-for-profit clients.

Damian Hanna joined AMA in February 2004 and was promoted to Charity Sales Manager in March of this year. During his time as an Account Manager, Damian was responsible for managing a wide range of inbound and outbound telephone fundraising campaigns, including welcome, upgrade, reactivation, and Gift Aid campaigns UK and Ireland charities such as The Dogs Trust, UNICEF, and Action Aid Ireland.
