Institute of Fundraising announces major donor fundraising conference

Howard Lake | 5 September 2005 | News

The Institute of Fundraising is hosting a Major Donor Fundraising conference on Thursday 17 November at The Royal Over-Seas League, London.

The conference is intended to address all aspects of the corporate fundraising process, including initial prospect research, making ‘the ask’ and retaining donors through to a successful donor care and development system.

Aimed at major donor fundraisers and experienced charity professionals looking to break into the field, the conference will provide essential advice and demonstrate practical case studies of successful major donor fundraising. The event will also address the key legal and financial implications and the impact of the Institute’s new Major Donor Fundraising Code, currently undergoing consultation.
