Journalist speaker generates sell-out event for local hospice

Foreign correspondent Kate Adie is the guest speaker at the annual Ladies Luncheon for the Katharine House Hospice in Stafford, and the event in May has sold out quickly.

Celebrities and notable people can prove particularly valuable supporters for smaller, local organisations.

The announcement of journalist and author Kate Adie’s presence at the Katherine House Hospice’s event resulted in all 500 tickets selling out within two weeks. sold out within just 2 weeks of going on sale.
