New media agency Internova generated “a 20% surge in online sales” for client businesses and charities in the run-up to Christmas through its PrintShop merchandise solution.

The agency, which specialises in web design, online trading and digital content, was able to process orders made on the last posting date for Christmas,
ensuring that those purchasing their last-minute online gifts could be sure their gifts would arrive on time.

PrintShop handles all the elements of creating and selling branded promotional items, including sales, printing, fulfilment and customer services.

Merchandise such as branded t-shirts, mugs and boxer shorts featuring cult cartoon characters and fun items from London’s Transport Museum sold well over the Christmas period. Internova said that 58% of total orders came from UK customers, 15% from the USA and 27% from the rest of the world.
