A major company and grant-making trust are the joint sponsors of a new Web site that is designed to support the needs of children with speech and language difficulties.

Talkingpoint.org.uk has been developed by the charities I CAN and Afasic, together with The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. Launching on Monday 2 June 2003, it will provide parents and professionals with vital, quick and accessible information on communication difficulties, plus details of organisations and professionals who can help.

The site has been funded with the support of BT and The Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales.
