Children's charity sets up as ISP

The Andy Cole Children’s Foundation has set itself up as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to raise funds while its supporters go online.

Working with ISP V21.co.uk the Foundation will earn income for each person that signs up and accesses the Internet using its service.
