AK Consultancies offer Web-based client support

Software solutions company AK Consultancies has enhanced its Web-based client support services.

AK Consultancies have redesigned their AKC247 Web site to offer further Web-based support to their charity clients. To be launched on 2 April 2001, the new version of the site will allow users to book training courses online, search the knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions, request hardware quotes, and view articles from the company’s

newsletter.

The client support site was launched in Autumn 2000.
