Trustees steal from cancer charity

Two trustees of a cancer charity for children have been convicted of stealing around £250,000 in public donations to the charity.

Deborah Munro and Ian Dyke stole the money from the Hands of Hope Children’s Cancer Fund over a period of 13 months in 1997 and 1998.

They will be sentenced in two weeks’ time.
