NCVO calls for review of lottery funds distribution

The National Council of Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) has revived the issue of additionality for lottery funds in its submission today to the House of Commons culture select committee. NCVO is calling for a review of how lottery funds are distributed and argues that government’s role in the process should be reduced yet further.

NCVO is calling for a review of how lottery funds are distributed and argues that government’s role in the process should be reduced yet further.

An ICM opinion poll appears to back their stance, with 62% of respondents preferring that the funds be distributed by an independent body.
