Environmental and Sustainable Development Awards database planned

Howard Lake | 10 July 2000 | News

An awards project for environmental and sustainable development has been given the go-ahead by the Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR). A forum is being established by Simon Fordham at the Royal Society of Arts, and it is envisaged that the RSA’s SAGE site will hold a database of details of local, regional, national and global award schemes.

Fordham expects to launch the Forum in February 2001, and has already identified 150 relevant award programmes. Contact the RSA at Bristol.
