Online CharityCard donations for Mozambique appeal

In the last seven days, according to CAF, 423 CharityCard donors have given £45,427 online to the Disasters Emergency Committee Mozambique Appeal via the DEC site. The smallest donation was £5, and the largest was £2000.
Indeed, approximately one third of all CAF CharityCard donations to any charity during the past week were made online.
Clearly the Web is a sound medium for emergency appeals and for gifts from donors who are informed on tax-efficient giving.
