Sophie, Countess of Wessex, is backing a new charity set up in memory of murdered TV presenter Jill Dando. The Jill Dando Fund aims to create a £5 million crime prevention institute at University College London.

Incidentally, the Jill Dando Fund has opted for a .com domain name rather than a .org address, yet further evidence that the distinction between domain name suffixes is breaking down.
