Cambridge charity Emmaus is using the Web to extend the value of Terry Waite presenting a BBC Lifeline appeal on their behalf on Sunday December 7th at 5 p.m.

Emmaus’ site contains the script that Waite will use, thereby extending its powerful reach, both in time and geographically, beyond those who tune in to the appeal.

Waite compares his imprisonment to the conditions of homeless people as he appeals for support for Emmaus.
