Irish charities still not protecting their domain names

A new report claims that charities are still not registering and using their domain names, despite the fact that other organisations could beat them to the draw and register their domain name.

A list of charity Web site addresses in the Spring 1997 issue of the Fundraising Institute of Ireland’s members magazine lists 35 sites in the UK and Ireland, but only eight used their own domain names.
