Keystone's fundraising recruitment survey underway

Fundraising recruitment specialists Keystone Recruitment launched their recruitment survey last week.

Keystone's recruitment survey is designed to help the agency get a better idea of current issues and concerns amongst charities about recruiting fundraisers.

The survey is just two pages long, so does not take long to complete. The online survey closes on 25 February 2005.

81% of UK adults gave to tsunami appeals, says CAF

An NOP study, commissioned by Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), has found that a record 81% of adults in the UK say they gave to the tsunami disaster appeals, with just 12% saying they now intended to give less to charity over the next three months.

Bookshop Partnership offers new books affinity fundraising scheme

Book promotions and handling company The Bookshop Partnership is offering charities 15% of the price at which it sells books to their donors and supporters.

The new affinity scheme lets charities offer their supporters a pre-agreed selection of six-book sets at half the retail price. Charities will receive 15% of the sale price.

Oxfam closes Tsunami appeal

Oxfam closed its Tsunami crisis appeal yesterday, thanking the British public for their generosity in making the appeal the most successful appeal in the organisation's 60-year history.

As a result of the public response, Oxfam says that its work is now fully funded. It therefore found itself in the very unusual position of not needing to ask for any further money for this work.

Kage publish 2005 salary survey results
