Tangent to redevelop web shop for The Children’s Society

Creative technology agency Tangent has won a competitive pitch process to rebuild the web shop for youth charity The Children’s Society.
The company will overhaul the charity’s current online shop using the Magento platform. The shop offers items ranging from Christening gifts to Christmas cards and fundraising resources for events like carol singing and Bake and Brew.
London-based Tangent has worked with other charities and membership organisations including The National Trust, Centrepoint and The Labour Party.
Riikka Lundahl, Digital Project Lead at The Children’s Society said: “Our online shop is a great way for us to raise vital funds for the vulnerable children we support. This project sits across a number of disciplines including user research, UX and platform development, all of which Tangent can deliver swiftly and efficiently – the team and I are excited to get started.”
The Children’s Society also operates high street shops and en eBay shop.
