We’re a small organisation experiencing problems on how to create queries in Visual Alms. A while ago, there were a number of databases used here, and then we made the switch to Visual Alms with all the existing records. We’re now left with a number of records which have duplicate details and some records which also have vital information needing to be kept. What we are attempting to find out, (rather unsuccessfully at the moment!) is how to merge the records to deduplicate the information already present in other tables.
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated!
