I’ve got an issue with the recurring gifts on my Raiser’s Edge database. In a number of cases, they’ve been set up with incorrect frequencies, start dates etc. This then makes it impossible to find missing recurring gift payments.
I’ve spoken to Blackbaud tech support and our account manager, and they say they don’t have a suggested solution, or know of any clients that have had this problem, and that I could speak to.
I don’t have a budget to get consultants in to clean all the gift data for me.

Short of manually adjusting each recurring gift’s duration and payment frequency, I can’t think of anything you can do on this one. The changes will be easy enough to make on the original ‘pledge’ gift on the records.
If you’re talking more than a couple of dozen, it might be worth trying to find a volunteer to do it. I don’t think it’s the kind of thing that you could do through a batch modification since each gift’s amount/duration/frequency is likely to be different.
Maybe post on the Blackbaud fora if you haven’t already? I always found the users on there much more helpful than the RE support people.
