I wonder if anyone can help. We have a customised database that works on a similiar basis to Raiser’s Edge. Our regional fundraisers send in money in lump sums from ticketed events and currently we are losing manhours in manually separating giftaid – able donations from ticket sales.
Does anyone have a solution that allows their database to separate this income once in has been entered onto donor records?
Any advice would be very welcome

CHARITease allows you to record details of the sales of tickets (and any other non giftaidable sales) in the same screen as the donation. It then distinguishes between total income, sales and donations and only calculates the gift aid on the donation (as long as the donor is a tax payer of course!)
This means that the supporters donation history shows the total income, the total donations, the total gift aid claimed and details of any goods / tickets purchased.
For more information about CHARITease and what it can do for you, call Jenny Owen on 01285 720150 or visit http://www.charitease.co.uk.
