Anybody else get these monthly statements? Why are they so complicated and hard to understand?!

Some of them even have $ signs on them!

Do let me know if you’ve figured them out 🙂

Just checking – given CAF offers quite a few services, which particular stats are you talking about?

And what is CAF’s explanation for the appearance of dollar signs on the report?

Obviously we want to provide as much relevant information as possible to the charities that use our donation and administration services.

Our monthly reports and statements are supported by a comprehensive statement guide, which is freely available on request. And our customer relations team is on hand throughout the day to deal with individual enquiries. We have been in touch with the organisation which originally raised this issue and their questions have been answered.

If you would like to request a statement guide or to talk to us in person, please email or call us on Tel: 0870 161 4406.

Thanks, Kelly. I’ve been in touch with Annette in CAF who has been very helpful. The information about the guide for the statements is new to me and I’ll gladly contact Annette or CAF to get hold of a copy.

Since we have quite a few people contacting us at UK Fundraising thinking that, because this forum discussed Charities Aid Foundation, that this site must be published by Charities Aid Foundation. It’s not. We are UK Fundraising.

If you want to contact Charities Aid Foundation now in 2015 then their details are at
