'Voice to voice'? Looks like you're on your way to creating a new acronym for the sector. Since 'house to house', 'door to door', and 'face to face' have been shortened to H2H, D2D and F2F respectively, you could be the first to have created 'V2V'. I'd copyright it quickly... ;)

Or maybe not. A Google search throws up 'vehicle to vehicle' and 'video to video', as well as a more relevant V2V global volunteers network. Oh well.
