Online marketing guide from Harvard Computing Group

Howard Lake | 1 September 2002 | News

The Harvard Computing Group has published a free guide to online marketing by non-profits.

The 14-page document shares some of the Harvard Computing Group’s two years of experience in managing online marketing campaigns. It offers a useful theoretical grounding for planning such a campaign, starting with examining the components of an ideal online marketing campaign.

After looking at the online marketing campaign lifecycle, it then examines sample programmes, such as an e-mail newsletter and product or service launches. It then sets out an online marketing planner and campaign roadmap to help non-profits plan their own campaigns.
