**Where has our motivation gone?
Many of us feel like we’re going through the motions,
as workers, partners, parents and citizens. We feel unhappy with the organisations
we’re part of and alienated from the society in which we live. But life doesn’t
have to be this way.In _Intrinsic, _Sharath Jeevan applies the concepts of Purpose,
Autonomy and Mastery to help us find motivation in every aspect of our lives. Harnessing
ground-breaking research from psychology and economics to philosophy and behavioural
science, he gives us practical answers to achieving more lasting fulfilment in our
careers, relationships and as citizens. A powerful and inspirational tool, _Intrinsic
_shows us how we can fall back in love with the lives we create.
