Get started at post-hub.co.uk.⌉](https://fundraising.co.uk/ads/posthub-20261007-300x250/) #### 1) Cancer Research UK: Giving Feels Good [Cancer Research UK](http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/) is hoping to inspire donations this #GivingTuesday with the release of ‘Giving Feels Good’, a video focusing on five facts about #GivingTuesday: when it falls, this year’s date, the number of countries it runs in, the amount it raised every minute for UK charities last year, and the fact that last year, CRUK received enough on #GivingTuesday to fund a breast cancer trial for two months.   [⌊GivingTuesday face ⌉](https://wfay6x.infiniteuploads.cloud/2016/11/rsz_courtney_5.jpg) #### 2) Young Secret Santa named face of #GivingTuesday A young secret Santa who helps brighten up Christmas for thousands of people in hospitals and care homes has been chosen as the UK face of #GivingTuesday 2016. Courtney Hughes, 18, from Oxfordshire, started her campaign to collect Christmas gifts for people spending that time of year in hospitals, hospices and care homes. five years ago when her great grandmother was ill over the festive period. Last year, she collected, wrapped and distributed 4,000 presents and also helps to collect and deliver food parcels to homeless people and emergency refuges.   [⌊Argos shop front⌉](https://wfay6x.infiniteuploads.cloud/2015/11/argos-shop-front.jpg) #### 3) Mass retailer participation Around 1,400 UK businesses and charities are currently pledging to do something for charity on 29^(th) November, including Argos, Asos Foundation, BT, The Entertainer, Homebase, Morrisons, QVC and Sainsbury’s. Among the planned activity, BT is hosting a #GivingTuesday Power Hour at the BT Tower for partners on the morning of #GivingTuesday, hosted by BT MyDonate and CAF, while Morrisons is raising money for charity partner [Sue Ryder](http://www.sueryder.org/‎). Checkout staff will be wearing Sue Ryder sashes and #GivingTuesday stickers and offering customers the opportunity to top up their shop with a £1 donation.   > Will you be showing your shoes for Lepra alongside Joseph Fiennes?
