# Charity teams do the #mannequinchallenge

**Remember the [HarlemShake](https://fundraising.co.uk/2013/02/26/harlem-shake-charity-shake/)?
The [IceBucketChallenge](https://fundraising.co.uk/2014/09/01/als-receives-100m-ice-bucket-challenge/)?
The current meme _du jour_ is #mannequinchallenge. And charity staff are already
embracing it.**

You might have seen the [Hillary Clinton campaign team join in ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OkiMgBQFIJU)
on board their aircraft yesterday. Charity staff are joining in as well.

They don’t include fundraising calls to action, although the JDRF version promotes
a fundraising event. But I’m sure we’ll soon see a charity doing a version that 
does just that.
