A total of nearly 40 signed postcards, which include drawings, messages and cartoons,
have been designed by actors, authors, artists and poets including Simon Callow,
Emma Thompson and Julie Walters as the postcard they would send to the Bard in commemoration
of the 400th anniversary of his death.

The collection also includes artwork from the Children’s Laureate Chris Riddell,
cartoonist Banx, sculptor Antony Gormley, children’s illustrators Axel Scheffler
and Michael Foreman, poet Wendy Cope and authors Terry Deary, Joanne Harris, Marcia
Williams and Victoria Hislop.
