**Here are five tweets that we’ve selected to cover fundraising opportunities, achievements,
statistics and the occasional oddity.**

## 1. Charity promoting charity

Charities might compete against each other for public attention and support, but
the savvy ones also know when to collaborate or share the work of other organisations.

MSF UK has tweeted about Save the Children UK’s latest striking video, because it’s
the right thing to do, and it helps share the reality of the kind of work that MSF
itself undertakes.

## 2. Visualising numbers

Infographics are popular methods of displaying lots of numbers and data. They are
useful for charities because they can both display the need, as a fundraising campaign
gets underway, and the impact, following the success of that campaign.

> Your support helped us raise £65,418! Just look at what that can help us achieve

## 3. Fundraising on top of the world

This mountaineer is raising the roof (of the world) about the Evening Standard’s
Dispossessed Fund.

## 4. Not safe for work?

Be careful out there. These public naming opportunities are rather risky.

## 5. Tax-effective giving around the world

giving.
