# Fenwick supports Brain Tumour Research with designer hat auction - Link: https://fundraising.co.uk/2016/05/19/fenwick-supports-brain-tumour-research-designer-hat-auction/ - Published: 2016-05-19T10:33:56+01:00 - Author: Howard Lake **Fenwick of Bond Street is marking its 125th anniversary with a millinery exhibition which will conclude with an online auction for Brain Tumour Research.** The exhibition will feature 13 bespoke pieces, with one hat marking each decade since the store opened. It will be display in the Bond Street shop from 19 May to 2 June. Online auction house [Paddle8 will handle the auction](https://paddle8.com/auction/fenwick/). Indeed, Philip Treacy OBE, a patron of Brain Tumour Research, has designed the piece for the present decade. Both he and milliner Stephen Jones OBE have previously created exclusive brooches to support “Wear A Hat Day”, as have fellow couture milliners featured in the exhibition, Rachel Trevor Morgan and Vivien Sheriff. [Brain Tumour Research](http://www.braintumourresearch.org) is an umbrella charity, working in collaboration with member charities around the UK.
