**Here are four apps helping charities in a variety of ways that have come to the
attention of UK Fundraising in the past month.**

Free app on Android and Apple, [Gone for Good](http://goneforgood.org.uk/) eases
the process of giving unwanted items to charity by arranging the collection of items
of anything from small electrical goods, to large items of furniture, and clothing.

Users take a photo of the item they want to donate, give some details, and choose
a charity to donate it to, and the app will arrange a time for the charity to collect
it. Participating charities include Mind, Oxfam, The Salvation Army and Shelter.

price it costs the WFP to feed one child for one day.
