**Rethink Mental Illness is launching a campaign to coincide with National Gardening
Week, which takes place from 11th-17th April.**

The [Nurture your Nature](http://rethink.org/seeds) campaign promotes the therapeutic
link between gardening and mental wellbeing and will provide all new donors with
packets of camomile seeds. When people donate online, they will be sent a packet
of the seeds, with advice on how to grow them available as a download.

Rethink Mental Illness offers gardening as a therapeutic activity in a number of
its groups and services around the country and donations for the seed packet will
help support this work.
