For every photo entered to the category, £2 per entry will be donated to Action Against Hunger. The [Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year](http://www.pinkladyfoodphotographeroftheyear.com) awards is part of the Luke Johnson-backed venture, The Food Awards Company. The panel of judges is chaired by Jay Rayner (The One Show, Guardian, Radio 4) including David Loftus, Jamie Oliver’s photographer; Helene Dujardin, US food blogger; Krishna Pillai, Editor of Better Photography, and Rein Skullerud, Head of Photo Unit, World Food Programme. This is the first year that entries can be made by mobile phone.
