**England’s football match against Euro 2016 hosts France at Wembley Stadium on
17 November will benefit Breast Cancer Care, The FA’s official charity partner.**

On the night, The FA will present Breast Cancer Care with a cheque for £75,000,
having donated the same amount from its FA Community Shield Fund when England Women
played at Wembley against Germany in November 2014.

The match, which will be called ‘A Breast Cancer Care international’, will be the
highlight of The FA’s two-year partnership with the charity. Expect to see the charity’s
distinctive pink in abundance at the national stadium.

Fans will be able to show their support by making a donation when they buy their
tickets from [TheFA.com](http://www.theFA.com) or on the night at the match.

The last time England played France at Wembley was in November 2010, when France
won 2-1.

England captain Wayne Rooney said:

> “It will be great that such a high-profile match against strong opposition will
> be in aid of Breast Cancer Care”.

The FA aims to raise £500,000 for Breast Cancer Care.

FA staff chose Breast Cancer Care as their official charity partner back in summer
2014 and have committed to raising both funds and awareness of breast cancer. The
fundraising target for the partnership is £500,000.

As part of the partnership England players recently appeared in a video to highlight
the charity’s viral #PassItOn campaign:
