Big Barnardo’s Bake Off [⌊Big Barnardo's Bake Off 2013⌉](https://wfay6x.infiniteuploads.cloud/2026/09/big-barnardos-bake-off.jpg) Big Barnardo’s Bake Off was held last year, and had celebrity chefs James Morton and Mark Greenaway judging the competition entrants at the BBC Good Food Show. ## 2. The week long campaign is asking people across the UK to hold a bake sale to raise vital funds for the new clinical building at Great Ormond Street Hospital. ## 3. Bake for International Women’s Day   [⌊Concern Bake Party⌉](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/concern-bake-party.jpg) Concern Worldwide meanwhile used International Women’s Day earlier in the year to push [Bake for International Women’s Day ](https://www.concern.net/en/get-involved/campaign-with-us/international-womens-day/cupcakes-and-fundraising) ## 4. Brain Tumour Charity Bake Off [⌊Brain Tumour Charity Bake Off⌉](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/brain-tumour-charity-bake-off.jpg) [The Brain Tumour Charity Bake Off](http://www.thebraintumourcharity.org/raising-funds/Tea-parties-GBBO) for brain tumours encouraged supporters to hold a tea party with home baked goods. They also provided a handy guide full of tips for fundraising and cupcake recipes. ## 5. Breakthrough Breast Cancer Breakthrough Bake Off [⌊Breakthrough Bake Off⌉](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/breakthrough-bake-off.jpg) The [Breakthrough Breast Cancer Breakthrough Bake Off](http://www.breakthrough.org.uk/bakeoff/) encourages participants to sign up to their fundraising kit and choose one day in October to sell baked their goodies, people who register have a chance to win a kitchen aid mixer. ## 6. Scope’s Bake a Difference [⌊Scope's Bake a Difference⌉](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/scope-bake-a-difference.jpg) [Scope’s Bake a Difference](http://www.scope.org.uk/get-involved/own-fundraising/bake-difference) gives donors a chance to receive a snazzy cookie cutter when you email them to enter this year’s fundraiser. ## 7. The Big Cake Bake [⌊The Big Cake Bake⌉](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/big-cake-bake-ndcs.jpg) [The Big Cake Bake](http://www.ndcs.org.uk/help_us/big_cake_bake/) by NDCS was held earlier in the year to coincide with Deaf Awareness Week (19th-25th May) ## 8. Bake for Bumps [⌊Sparks' Bake for Bumps⌉](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/bake-for-bumps.jpg) [Bake for Bumps](https://www.sparks.org.uk/fundraise/bake-for-bumps) by Sparks initially launched in May.
