The London Book Fair (LBF) is looking for its Charity of the Year 2015. It is inviting
applications from publishing-related charities only.

The selected charity will be supported by the London Book Fair at the Fair and afterwards.
It will receive support at the Fair, including a stand in the charities pavilion.
It will also benefit from access to the international publishing community, together
with help in marketing, PR and social media.

[The London Book Fair](http://www.londonbookfair.co.uk) is a global marketplace
for rights negotiation and the sale and distribution of content across print, audio,
TV, film and digital channels. It will take place from 14-16 April 2015 at Olympia

## Last year’s charity of the year

Alison Hubert, Director of Book Aid International said:

> “In the year of our 60th anniversary, being The London Book Fair Charity of the
> Year in 2014 was a wonderful opportunity. The exposure that the partnership with
> LBF gave us was invaluable for building and strengthening relationships with the
> publishing sector. Thanks to UK publishers, this year we hope to be able to send
> libraries in Africa close to one million new, relevant books.”
