# Monthly list of newly registered Scottish charities

Since December 2013, The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) has been
publishing a [monthly list](http://www.oscr.org.uk/about-scottish-charities/becoming-a-charity/new-registered-charities/)
of organisations that have been granted charitable status. You can view the Register
entry for each one by clicking on its Scottish Charity Number.

The list includes the name, and number and legal form – e.g. whether they are limited
companies. It is often easier to research trusts which are also limited companies.
