Fundraising consultant Bryan Miller is being joined at his Strategy Refresh consultancy
by Mark Cook, his former planning team colleague at fundraising and marketing agency
[Whitewater](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/2012/04/16/whitewater-ceases-trading/).

Cook left Whitewater in 2011 to set up his own marketing consultancy Moving Thinking,
working with clients such as RSPCA and UNICEF.

Miller was Whitewater’s Planning Director until 2006, before working as Planning
Partner at WWAV Rapp Collins and then running Cancer Research UK’s Strategy and
Consumer Insight team. He set up Strategy Refresh in 2010.
