The salaries of fundraisers in London and the South East rose by an average of 3.5%
in 2013, according to Kage Partnership’s annual Fundraising Salary Survey.

The figures are based on data from over 320 fundraising vacancies published by 112
charities from January to December 2013, and the salaries analysed include London
weighting.

Last year’s report found that [fundraisers’ salaries were largely static](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/2013/01/18/fundraisers039-salary-levels-static-2012-says-kage-partnership-survey/).
