Advice charity Citizens Advice has appointed The Good Agency to help it review and
develop its brand and fundraising, as well as improving the public's awareness of
its services.

During 2012/13, the charity helped 2.1 million people solve 6.6 million problems.
These ranged from debt and employment to consumer and housing. Demand for its services
continues to increase.

Citizens Advice Bureaux deliver advice services from over 3,300 community locations
in England and Wales, run by 338 individual charities.

Mike Dixon, Assistant Chief Executive, [Citizens Advice](http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/)
explained the appointment. He said: "People's advice and support needs are changing
and so is our service. This is the perfect time to make sure that everyone understands
who we are, our full range of services and the different ways they can access our
help. We're excited to be working with [The Good Agency](http://www.thegoodagency.co.uk)
who will help us achieve this."
