Bath Tourism Plus is again offering local charities that chance to fundraise at
this year's Bath Christmas Market by having a free chalet for one day.

The event runs from 28 November to 15 December and attracts thousands of visitors.

Charities that took part in 2012 included Royal United Hospital’s Forever Friends
Appeal; Bath City Farm, MND Association; Bath Cat’s and Dog’s Home and The Wiltshire
Scrapstore.

Some raised over £1,000 on their day, and the MND Association raised £1,300.

Nick Brooks-Sykes, Chief Executive at Bath Tourism Plus, said: "We have already
received a number of applications, but we want to make sure that all locally based
charities are made aware of the opportunity, and that as many charities as possible
are invited to apply".

## How to apply

The 18 successful applicants wil be chosen at random from the list of those who
applied.

The deadline for local charities to [apply to fundraise using the charity stall](http://www.bathchristmasmarket.co.uk/bath-christmas-market/stalls/charities)
is 31 July 2013.
