The London Marathon looms large in many charities' fundraising calendar, given that
it is currently the largest single one-day fundraising event. It also looms large
in the minds of those people setting out to run in the event.

So, to wish them well on their way and to thank them in advance, numerous charities
have sent their runners good luck messages. Following a suggestion from [Anil Arora](http://about.me/anilarora),
[Kirsty Marrins](http://twitter.com/londonkirsty) has collected lots of them to
demonstrate the many ways in which charities show their appreciation for some of
their volunteer fundraisers.
