# Nominations open for Young Achievers Awards

**The Young Achievers Trust are inviting nominations for their annual awards which
celebrate inspirational young people aged 16 to 25 years old who are engaged in 
voluntary work.**

The Young Achievers Awards recognise outstanding young people involved in the arts,
community, environment and sports sectors.

This year the Trust has added a new award category. The Future Leaders Award will
recognise those who also hold a governance position within a charity or social enterprise.
They might have founded or manage a charity or social enterprise, or they might 
chair a charity.

Nominations close at midnight on 30 November 2012.
