# Peter Flory to run CRM masterclass in London

Charity IT specialist, author and consultant Dr Peter Flory is to hold a one-day
conference and master class on effective [customer relationship management (CRM)](https://fundraising.co.uk/2017/01/16/top-10-crms-charities-nonprofits/)
in London next month.

Doctor Peter Flory will explain what traditional CRM is, the principles underlying
it and how it differs when applied to charities, arts & culture organisations, membership
bodies and educational institutions. He will describe CRM strategies, different 
ways of looking at CRM, and what a complete CRM solution should contain.

Guest speakers at the event will be Peter Maple (London South Bank University) and
John Sauvé-Rodd (Datapreneurs) who will present sessions on Collaborative CRM and
Analytical CRM.

The one-day event takes place on 29 November 2011 at the Grand Connaught Rooms, 
London. The fee is £99 (no VAT) for not-for-profit organisations and £149 for commercial
organisations.
