**Jacob Rolin, former founder and director of Scandinavia’s biggest fundraising
agency, Finnbjoern Consult, has joined Clayton Burnett Ltd, the transformational
consultancy, coaching and creativity company. Working as a consultant, trainer and
coach, he will be responsible for expanding Clayton Burnett’s activities in Scandinavia
and elsewhere in Europe.**

He will also take on a key role in facilitating and leading some of the company’s
events in the UK.

Alan Clayton, founding partner of Clayton Burnett said: “Jacob once told me his
major skill was turning squares into circles.  He is right.  His talent is understanding
creativity and process and people.  This makes him the epitome of an innovator –
a person who makes great ideas happen in real life”.
