Online fundraising platform JustGiving has announced the six charity finalists in
its 2011 Awards. Sponsored by PayPal, the annual awards celebrate outstanding individuals
and organisations who have given their time, effort and money to charity through
the JustGiving website during the last year.

There are a lot to choose from. Between January and December 2010, 555,943 fundraising
pages were set up by members of the public for charities on JustGiving to raise
money for good causes.

Live Life then Give Life, Shelterbox and The Sick Children’s Trust have been shortlisted
in the category ‘Charity of the Year (People’s Choice)’.
