Two new appointments have been made to help promote charitable trust giving and
philanthropy in Ireland.

In Northern Ireland James Magowan has been seconded to the Association of Charitable
Foundations (ACF) from the Community Foundation NI where he was Fund Development
Manager. The new position at ACF as Northern Ireland Development Officer was created
to help attract additional support for foundations operating in Northern Ireland.

In the Republic of Ireland Seamus Mulconry, formerly the Director of Public Affairs
for Edelman Dublin, has been appointed as Executive Director of Philanthropy Ireland.
